Scope

This policy covers marcatopartners.com. It does not cover systems we build and operate for our clients; those are governed by the privacy policy of the business that operates them.

What this website collects

Nothing. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, embeds no tracking pixels, loads no third-party scripts or fonts, and has no forms. We do not build a profile of you, and we have nothing to sell or share because we do not collect it in the first place.

Our hosting provider records standard web server logs, including IP addresses, as a normal part of delivering the site. We do not use those logs to identify or track individual visitors.

When you contact us

If you email or call us, we keep that correspondence so we can respond to you and maintain a record of our dealings. We use it for that purpose only. We do not add you to a mailing list.

Information we process for our clients

In the course of building and operating software for our clients, we process information belonging to those clients and their customers. We act on our clients' instructions as a service provider. We do not use that information for our own purposes, and we do not sell it.

Mobile information and messaging

Some systems we operate on behalf of clients send text messages to those clients' customers, with consent collected by the client.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Retention

We keep correspondence for as long as we have a business relationship with you and for a reasonable period afterwards. Information processed on behalf of a client is retained according to that client's instructions.

Your choices

Write to us at info@marcatopartners.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. If your question concerns a system we operate for a client, contact that business directly and we will support their response.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the effective date above.
