About these terms

These terms govern your use of marcatopartners.com. Services we provide to clients are governed by our written agreement with that client, not by this page.

Use of this site

This website is informational. You may read it, link to it, and quote it with attribution. Please do not attempt to disrupt it or use it to send anything unlawful.

Content and accuracy

We keep this site accurate but make no warranty that it is complete or current, and nothing on it is an offer, a quote, or professional advice.

Intellectual property

The text, images, and marks on this site belong to Marcato Partners unless stated otherwise.

Messaging terms

Marcato Partners builds and operates software for other businesses. Some of those systems send text messages to the operating business's own customers.

• Who sends. Messages are sent on behalf of, and under the brand of, the business whose product you are using — not on behalf of Marcato Partners.
• Consent. Consent to receive messages is collected by that business from its own customers, at the point of signing up, booking, or requesting the service. We do not purchase, rent, or send to acquired phone number lists.
• What is sent. Transactional and service messages: confirmations, reminders, account notices, and updates about a service you have requested.
• Frequency. Message frequency varies according to your activity with that business.
• Cost. Message and data rates may apply.
• Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact the business directly.
• Delivery. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Limitation of liability

This website is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Marcato Partners is not liable for any loss arising from your use of it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.
